Saw Pokemon NXT on iFunny, tried it out and it's got my interest. What more can I say?

I'm Tim (OMG SHOCKER), and I'm a heavy gamer that knows a bit more about games and overall technology than the guy next to him (and I can barely code). As in, I built my own computer and know a little Java (emphasis on "a little"). I wasn't the most fanatic about Pokemon, but I still loved the game, and really hope NXT will go far.

Timmy-P and bloomsie ; Welcome! I'd like to say Bloom that the Music Squad is wonderful and I think it would be great. Also Tim, I think the code is C#, but just playing and giving feedback is a great way to help. There are currently lots of bugs and things to improve so that would be helpful. Both of you, don't forget to leave suggestions!

I came from Java before C# - it's pretty similar, although the main thing with a 3D game is the maths and algorithms that you simply can't pick up on by just learning a language

My name's Dan, I live in Wales. As my signature says I'm a self-taught software engineer with a focus on good programming practices and a variety of languages, referring those with duck-typing. I work as a C# developer in real life; I play an unholy amount of Runescape, League of Legends and some EVE. I bought a 3DS XL just for Pokemon Y - oops. I live with my Siberian Husky puppy, Thor, and I have no life, girlfriend or friends. :-) Nice to meet another EVE vet. I never had much of a chance to really get into it, and my studies are getting so heavy now that I've had to cancel my subscription. I'm hoping to get back into it eventually though! Anyway, Ethan Hendricks is a bit of a pseudonym I've come up with (I originally used it on EVE, as a matter of fact) that I tend to prefer using online. Call me Ethan or Shane, either one is fine. I'm currently studying computer science at Auburn University in Montgomery, from the absolute PARADISE of Alabama. </sarcasm> Game development has been a passion of mine for years, and I'm looking forward to finally having a chance to hone my skills on a real game. I still have a lot to learn, but I have a basic understanding of C++ so hopefully the biggest part of the learning curve is past. One more thing: Aside from coding, I'm very interested in working on the graphics side of things. Sadly, my laptop is a sorry piece of trash that took over half an hour to bake the lightmap from the second video in the Unity Stealth tutorial. I'm in the process of replacing it with a custom desktop, but I won't have it until either early or late summer.

Well, I'm new here, so I figured I'll go ahead and post an introduction with everyone else. My name is Dan, and I'm almost 20 years old. I come from Virginia and have been into Pokemon as long as I can remember, though I haven't gotten any game since Diamond, because Nintendo really dropped the ball on creativity after that, in my opinion. I am a Community College student working on an Associate's Degree in Social Science but taking a break at the moment. I am also a Co-Owner of a Minecraft server, but I won't give out the details of it unless someone asks for them. I am also a member of the Audubon society (wildlife stuff), and I don't know what much else to say. I greatly look forward to seeing this project finish and become popular and getting to know the other players here.

Hey everybody,
I'm Gino, and I'm an undergraduate student at Notre Dame, with plans to go into teaching after I graduate either at the secondary level or at the university level maybe some day in the future. I'm a history major, so that doesn't lend itself to programming know-how per say, but I am a quick learner. And if there's one thing I'm good at, it's writing. Gimme a prompt, gimme a theme within your grand design and I'll craft you a story that'll hopefully get you invested to keep reading (or, in this case, keep playing).
I am really, really impressed with this project, and the boundless optimism of everyone in the community. Let's take it to the finish line!!

Greetings all My names is James but everyone just calls me Jamie I'm from Arnett , West Virginia. Rather to Contrary stereotypes that people have of my state I am actually a huge nerd wether it be Video games, D20 Tabletop RPG's, Magic the gathering or anime. However I do have that redneck side to me riding a 4-wheeler down deer paths, or just go outside and shoot a gun to relax. I'm a very open person actually so any questions just ask I put friends and family before my own well being as far as personal priorities. I'm not in school currently but do hope to get in to college soon for culinary.

Hey everyone! I'm Carolina (Caro-lee-na) and I'm a Georgetown Law student. I'm currently in D.C. for school, but I'm really from California. I used to trade pokemon cards for neopoints (neopets.com) in elementary school. Over the summer I'll be in Chile working at a law firm that specializes in international intellectual property and I'll also be doing some cyberlaw research for Stanford. I hope to work for a video-game company so I can both do law and create videogames at the same time (a big dream I know). I've worked on my own comic since high school and also hope to turn it into an animated show someday. I love art, videogames, cookie dough icecream, and of course pokemon! Also chocolate... Chocolate will always be amazing. I look forward to getting to know you all and seeing this project grow!

Hey all, I'm a dude from Seattle, WA; aged 26 years - I smoke oodles of legal ganja and lose myself in pages of code on a daily basis. Games have always been my passion, and got me into programming, making fan-sites for games and animes I liked. I've been writing web pages since I was 13, then moved onto OOP languages around 18. I currently work full time as the head of mobile and web development for a business management software company; I primarily spend time working in C#/SQL Server/Web applications, though I am proficient in many other languages/environments. The applications I write at work are heavily data-driven (business management software is all in the data...), so I've primarily taken interest in the database portion of the forum. I've got an awesome fiance and a wonderful little bastard of a mini-dachshund, both of whom are super supportive of me in their own ways. In the last few months I've been getting into game development, starting with writing up a couple android/java test games to get the feel for things (basic physics, how the code ties together etc). Then I came across this project, which is a logical (and wonderful) next step in my game-dev journey. Looking forward to contributing in any way possible, I'm on a typical 9-5 schedule with personal obligations, however I can throw good chunks of time at this on weekends and 1-2 evenings a week, while scouring the forums during down-time at work.

My name is Pat, I've been doing the pokemon thing since red and blue came out. Didn't care much for the games after generation 3, it started to go in a different direction at that point and in my opinion lost the coolness factor that brought me to the game. If you knew me in real life, you would probably never know how much of a hardcore oldschool pokemon fan I am I produce music ( soundcloud.com/patsick ), and used to do a lot of graphic design work on another forum (pyropunk@d2jsp.org)

edit: oh, and all of my signatures are made, or were made years ago by myself
