I do not know if you are looking for any kind of story for this game but I am a good writer, well semi-decent and every Pokemon game is known for its story. I think there should be a team put together to flesh out stories and different character backgrounds. Most Pokemon games start with the trainer beginning his/her magical journey from a specific town. The non-playable characters, NPCs, all have tasks to share and enlighten the new adventurer in his journey.
I want to help develop, if needed, a storyline for this game. I love the franchise and I am thirty years old. I will check back on this thread to see if anyone agrees with me and if its a green light to do some development on my own. We could get a writing team together and bounce ideas off of each other. We would need to set up a project leader and 2nd in command since this is strictly voluntary. I believe in this project and want to see it done right.

I as well am writer and a die hard pokémon lover. Stories are something I treasure and I would be willing to step in if this thing continues to expand. Just a WARNING TO THE CREATORS, you might want to try and label all of this as parody art, therefore The Pokémon Company will have a hard time suing if they choose to. Along the lines of story, though, I have ideas already that could be incorporated into this game and I think it would be nice to see a pokémon adventure with a well thought out and developed plot line that really engages all who play it. Let me know if others really get on board.

I'm a writer myself, raised by an ex-English prof, and have studied a lot of classic lit in my free time. As well, I've published one short story and written two novels (unpublished). I would love to help out with this project, as this is exactly the kind of thing my friend and I were speaking of recently. Though, I do think it could be extremely well done if everyone does the job right. I'd be more than happy to offer suggestions to the other areas of development as well.

I would love to help out with character development and the story lines, also quest lines if that becomes a thing. I've made Pokemon D&D and have a lot of pent up ideas for games like these. As i'm sure is the case for probably everyone on this forum I'm a huge Pokemon fan, read the Pokemon Adventures, play the card game, and played the games frivolously. I've just been looking for a way to help this project in any way and this seems to be the best fit for my talents. I think it would be really cool if a group of us could just bounce ideas off of each other when we have a chance.  |

Incidentally, there is already a highly-developed, competent, and creative writing team. Anyone interested should read through the existing stories, and try to add something which fits in with the others; to be a part of the team, you need to be willing to read a lot, work with others, and be flexible about what you write.
A few of us are working to keep things cohesive and organized there, but we do not have an official "boss" as of yet. The devs are our bosses (a.k.a. "Gym Leaders").
